Priority Draft.
All drop/add moves will follow a priority draft format. No moves are allowed from the start of the first NFL game during a week until the following Wednesday at 9:00 a.m. central standard time. During the time posted on the main website (link above), your team can make ONE move. (If you make more than one move, only the first will be accepted). Each team is responsible for posting their own move ("Transaction/Stats" link above - Click on Waivers, your team name, and enter password or Message Board and your team name) and making sure the player they draft is not on a team. (You can check complete rosters by searching the Fantasy Roster page using Ctrl-F in most browsers -- plus the Waiver page will not let you select players on another team.)
You do not have to make a move, and making a priority move pushes you to the bottom of the list for future weeks. From 1:00 p.m. Wednesday until gametime, you can make any moves you want without affecting your priority draft order. The first move made for a player on or after 1:00 will prevail over a non-priority move. (i.e. 12:31 prevails over 12:29). All moves must be made by using the Waiver link or the Message Board on the Main stat page ("Transactions/Stats" link above). Email moves, telephone moves, etc. will not be accepted. You can make your priority move in advance of your posted time, but if anyone ahead of you takes your player within their time slot, you lose him. If you have first priority, you don't have to wait until Wednesday 9:00 a.m. to post your move. Be sure and give anyone making a move on your behalf your password.

1. Welcome to the 2003 home page.
2. Lineups. Reminder, each week your lineup must be submitted (using the Submit Lineup page) or posted by 1:00 p.m. CST on Friday (or 5:00 p.m. Thursday for weeks with Thursday games), unless you get your opponent's written permission in advance of the beginning of any game. You may change your lineup prior to the deadline, with the last submitted lineup controlling your team. If your lineup is not received (or omits a position), your prior week's lineup will be used, but no allowances will be made for dropped or bye week players.
3. Trade Policy: All trades are presumed valid unless a committee of three owners finds that it is "unfair." Trade deadline is Friday, November 22.
4. Moves may be made throughout the year.
5. If the forum or website are unavailable, email your lineup to craigsl@yahoo.com or phone your lineup in to 658-7336 (write it down somewhere).
6. After week #13, the eight (8) teams with the best head-to-head records advance to the playoffs.
The teams are seeded from #1 to #8, as follows:
Game 1: #1 v #8
Game 2: #4 v #5
Game 3: #3 v #6
Game 4: #2 v #7
Game 1&2 winners play each other and Games 3&4 play each other in week 15.
The winners of the semifinals play in the superbowl on Week 16.
The free-for-all is Week 17.
The tiebreakers for the playoff and seeding are: overall record, then to head-to-head record, then to total points, then to total points head to head, then to a coin flip.
